AXIAL Advisory & Audit S.A.S brings together more than eight professionals and builds on the combined experience of its two founding firms. The firm is led by two managing partners who also act as engagement partners on every assignment.

Abdallah Ibrahim Abdallah
Managing partner, chartered accountant
A chartered accountant and experienced executive with more than twenty-five years in banking, finance, audit, strategic advisory and public governance. Having held general management positions in financial institutions and responsibilities with supreme audit bodies, he brings a strategic and operational view of governance, compliance, risk management and organisational transformation.
As managing partner of AXIAL Advisory & Audit, he supervises assignments and is responsible for the quality system, ensuring technical excellence, professional independence and value creation for clients.
Haibe Osman Saad
Managing partner, chartered accountant
A chartered accountant registered with the Order, he has solid experience in audit, accounting, financial advisory and organisational support. He works with international groups, leading companies and public institutions on compliance, financial performance, internal control and governance.
As partner of AXIAL Advisory & Audit, he is responsible for professional engagements in statutory audit, accounting and advisory, ensuring the highest standards of quality, independence and professional ethics.

Head of audit assignments
Leads the planning and execution of audit assignments, from scoping to reporting, ensuring the rigour of the work and the quality of deliverables.
Korad Kadar Abdillahi
Head of agreed-upon procedures and tax
Leads agreed-upon procedures assignments and tax support for clients, with a factual, structured and results-oriented approach.
Deksan Idriss Youssouf
Head of bookkeeping assignments
Supervises bookkeeping and account review assignments and helps clients make their financial information reliable.
Sabrine Abdousalam
Head of administration
